How does a 1/4 beef purchase work?

When you purchase a 1/4 beef, it will include a variety of the most popular cuts of the season. The price is based on the rail weight of the animal. Soup bones and organs can also be included in what you receive back.

Can i order 1/2 or whole beef ?

YES! We do offer 1/2 & whole beef orders. You customize your whole order for 1/2 or whole. Including the cuts and how they are wrapped.

Do you feed grain?

Yes, we do believe in grain supplementation on our farm. Our animals are raised on pasture and free choice grain.
